• JIRA knowledge for Ticket solving/updating: not a must but helps to have the knowledge
• Basic Code development – SharePoint/.NET also PowerShell/Microsoft SQL scripting: a MUST
• Server side object model and how user controls work
• SharePoint Onpremise/Online functional knowledge:
o configuration of the central administration or SPO administration
• No code solutions knowledge based on Power Automate
• Release managing related to process, documentation and executing (JIRA/Confluence): a MUST, the candidate should be organized in the way it handles requests and how he or she documents it
• Communication and requirement understanding involving Client Contact (Meets/Call, Emails, Teams): a MUST since they will be communicating directly with the customer by written and orally.
Technologies: SharePoint, Office 365 and EpiServer (.NET CMS).
