JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Senior Manager – Launch Excellence you will define product strategy in agreement with local management and global marketing department and implement supporting tactical plans/projects.
Your Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Responsible for execution, monitoring and analysis of the agreed tactical plans in order to ensure the growth of the brand(s). Lead the cross-functional local/regional brand Team, incl. coordination of Integrated Product Strategy Plan, and monitoring the execution of objectives
• Compliance with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations
• Responsible for the end-to-end launch process management and execution
• Directly manage the overall launch project management in coordination with New Product Launch Cross-Functional Team.
• Single Point of Contact for all launch-related activities/projects.
• Responsible in kicking off launch readiness phase, launch at risk process approval (when the business calls for it), business case review and commercial forecast calibration (in agreement with Marketing) at least 1 year before launch date or target setting.
• Drive the commercial launch (Go to Market) plan process in collaboration with Marketing as per the required timelines (6 mos for small molecules & 12 months for biosimilars).
• In the absence of a Product Manager, develop the commercial launch plan for the brand.
• Coordinate and prioritize all departmental actions according to project timelines and business needs after alignment with Commercial Team.
• Responsible for the governance and to create and manage the tools that are required by Team and SLT (Senior Leadership Team).
• Chair project team meetings.
• Lead the launch planning process which includes coordination with Drug Regulatory and Medical Affairs to ensure seamless and timely registration with Food and Drugs Administration (FDA)
• Responsible for the maintenance of the Launch Readiness Tracker.
• Regularly prepare and present launch status reports and executive presentations to show swim lane.
JOB QUALIFICATION
• Degree in Life Sciences, Business or Marketing
• Advanced knowledge of new and existing product pipeline environment worldwide
• 3-4 years relevant experience
• Translate Patient Journey into meaningful insights; Competitive Brand Positioning
• Able to understand changing dynamics of Pharmaceutical industry
• Proficient and fluent in English (spoken and written), with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Digital & Technology Savvy
