Our client is an all-Filipino cement manufacturing company in the Philippines.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and expand market presence.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience in sales within the cement industry. (Preferably within VisMin region)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of the cement market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive landscape across the Philippines.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, partners, and team members.
