Building and leading a high performing team, both direct and via agency partners


– Development of marketing plans
– Allocation of marketing spend
– Media planning and optimisation
– Creative execution and optimisation
– Team resources management (both direct and agency partners)

– More than 5 years leadership of marketing and/or customer development functions
– Leading the development of market and customer propositions
– Knowledge of all facets of banking, including assets and liabilities
– Shifting perception from a Mono Product bank to a Full Scale Bank
– Leveraging global best practice to implement best in class marketing activity
– Track record of developing strategic partnerships to drive business forward
– Ability to build relationships with technology partners to derive ROI of marketing
– Engaging entire organisations and getting them to buy-in to the marketing ‘mission’
– Managing a P&L or significant marketing budget
– ‘Testing and learning’ of marketing activity to continually improve performance
– Proven experience in leveraging customer intelligence to create engaging and effective marketing communications
– Proven experience in working with PR and internal communications to create truly integrated marketing propositions
