As a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist, you will be looking at the customer journey, identifying areas for improvement and leading the conversion rate optimization projects. In this role, you’ll have the chance to really make an impact.
• Design, build and execute split testing, multivariate testing and other testing approaches for websites, emails and landing pages
• Identify and test new technologies and practices to improve conversion rate and consumer engagement
• Use analytics platforms and other tools to monitor and analyze the outcomes from the tests
• Create design, content and development guidelines based on ﬁndings from winning tests
• Maintain a constant awareness of all competitor and industry activity
• At least 1-2 years of experience in relevant field
• Understand best practices for UI and UX for websites, applications, mobile, and desktop
• Hands on experience using A/B testing tools (Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, etc.)
• Proﬁciency in using Google Analytics (Google Analytics Individual Qualiﬁcation is a plus)
• Understand user intent and its pivotal role in the journey to conversion
• Understand the importance of statistical signiﬁcance when analyzing experiment results
• Strong organizational skills and experience of balancing multiple projects at once
• Self-motivated and driven with a willingness to learn and constantly expand knowledge and skills
