JOB DESCRIPTION
• Build relationship with customers and potential customers
• Respond to customer inquiries through their social media channels, website, and other online communities in a timely manner
• Prepare social media reports which include audience insights and recommendations, as well as website traffic and engagement metrics
• Monitor the success of the community in terms of the overall marketing strategy
• Stay up-to-date with trends in digital technology
JOB QUALIFICATION
• At least 3–5 years work experience in chat support role, content creation/social media officer role
• Experience in Research and Development (with exposure in the trucking industry) preferred
• Experience in marketing background preferred
• Must have very strong English written skills
• Must be amenable to work in BGC
• Must be willing to work on a graveyard shift
