A power generation, power supply, and power distribution company.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Leads a cross-functional team in the due diligence activities and evaluation of potential projects particularly in terms of commercial, legal and technical viability
• Responsible for the financial modelling and risk-return analysis of potential projects
• Develop and maintain working relationship with customers, regulatory agencies, local government units and host communities
• Leads in securing the permits and licenses necessary in developing the projects
• Initiates the drafting and review of key project agreements together with Legal and other departments to address risks and optimize opportunities
• Engages and coordinates with consultants and other service providers to ensure that necessary requirements to complete the project are met
• Prepare and present reports on project status to ManCom and BOD
• Assists the AVP-Business Development in completing the department’s annual strategic action plans
• Manages and mentor the Business Development Team

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Must be a graduate of Business Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance or any business course
• Must have a background in business development, financial analysis, investment banking and project management
• At least 7 years of working experience in the related field and at least 3 years experience in managerial capacity
• Preference is given to Certified Public Accountants or with MBA degree
• Willing to travel
