JOB DESCRIPTION
- The Systems Support Pillar Lead will lead the strategic and operational management of the PeopleSoft Product Manager, Applications Development Manager, and Supply Chain Technical Manager within the Shared Services Center. This role ensures the effective integration and performance of key systems and applications that support mission-critical operations.
- Leadership and Management (30%) – Develop and execute strategic plans that align with the organizational goals and enhance system functionalities; Mentor and develop team members, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
- Systems Strategy and Development (25%) – Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of PeopleSoft and other enterprise applications to ensure they meet organizational needs; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize system.
- Operational Excellence (20%) – Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of critical systems, managing resources effectively to minimize downtime; Implement best practices for system development, deployment, and maintenance, adhering to industry standards and compliance requirements; Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues, ensuring timely and effective problem-solving.
Stakeholder Engagement (15%) – Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements and improvements.
Change Management (10%) – Lead change management initiatives related to system upgrades, implementations, and process changes; Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and high adoption rates.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in systems management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Extensive experience with ERP systems, particularly PeopleSoft applications.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and systems.
- Proven track record in change management and leading organizational transitions.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in software development and understanding of development methodologies is a plus.
