SQ Analyst (Analyst III)


Our client is a globally recognized innovator in logistics and technology management.


  • Work close with various teams for profile set up and maintainetance (such as global profile, customer profile as well as user access etc).

  • Involve in the discussion with global Service Quality, regional SQ, LSS IT, LA, Sales for detailed process discussion and improvement.

  • Coding and maintaining global profile based on customer’s requirements.

  • Managing user access controlaccording to users’ needs

  • Profile problems discussion with relative team.

  • Liaison with GPA, origins and destinations to ensure accurately and timely profile set up support operation.

  • Conduct data cleansing as required.

  • In order to support global service, middle/night shift might be arranged to rotate among the team.

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Advanced Excel experience
  • Should have experience in reporting, KPI monitoring
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred
  • Logistics Industry experience is a preference
