JOB DESCRIPTION
•Pre-Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and propose ServiceNow solutions.
Conduct discovery sessions to understand client requirements.
Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts.
Develop technical proposals, including solution architecture and cost estimates.
• Solution Design:
Design scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions.
Provide architectural guidance during the pre-sales phase.
Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
• Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor, offering technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:
Ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.
Provide feedback to product management and development teams.
Share knowledge and best practices with internal teams.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
- Proven pre-sales experience with a strong track record.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CSM.
- ServiceNow Certification is a plus.
- With people management experience.
