• ServiceNow: Must have at least 3 ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications + ServiceNow Developer Certification
• Integrations: Advanced knowledge of HTTP, REST, SOAP, SSL and SAML communication protocols. Proficient knowledge of SNMP, JDBC, ODBC.
• Data Integrity: Advanced knowledge of data and access management (shared data models, access control, performance, message delivery guarantee)
• Security: Advanced knowledge of the ServiceNow security model and development best practices (encryption, ACL, MID Server)
• Solution Architecture: Proficient knowledge of general architecture principles (HA, DR / failover, load balancing, infrastructure, cloud)
• Methodologies: Advanced understanding and leadership in Agile / SCRUM, DevOps, IT4IT, TDD, CI / CD.
• Soft Skills – Documentation: Advanced document writing skills (solution design, detailed design, BPMN, ER Diagrams, Flowcharts)
• Soft Skills – Leadership: Ability to lead multiple teams, SD / DD review, frequent knowledge sharing
• Soft Skills – Advisory: Ability to review, lead and drive technical solutions across multiple domains within ServiceNow
