Job Description
• Build cloud-native microservice and serverless applications
• Produce robust, secure, modular, and maintainable code
• Architect 3rd party API integrations to backend business logic
• Apply software engineering practices to increase the reliability of our software and maintainability of our code base
• To be able to benchmark systems, analyze system bottlenecks and propose solutions to eliminate them
• Ability to perform threat modeling and design reviews to assess security implications and requirements for introduction of new technologies
• Understand the enterprise architecture roadmap and research, identify and recommend industry best practices for solving business problems
• To be able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
JOB QUALIFICATION
• Minimum of 5 years of application architecture, cloud infrastructure, and automation experience
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on software development experience
• Experience architecting cloud infrastructure on AWS for small, medium scale and enterprise-scale applications
• Experience developing synchronous and asynchronous serverless and/or microservice-based systems for web & mobile applications
• Knowledge of event-driven-architectures used in microservices apps and/or serverless systems
• Proficiency building above systems in one or more programming languages (NodeJS, Python, Java, Go etc.)
• Experienced in RESTful API Development, Swagger / OpenAPI specificatio
