JOB DESCRIPTION
- As the IT Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring the seamless operation of critical systems. You will lead a team of IT professionals, oversee projects, control budgets, and contribute to our continued success. Your advanced knowledge and skills in various IT domains will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of our operations.
- Lead and manage the IT team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and execute IT strategies in alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee IT projects, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery.
- Manage the IT budget, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies and practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the IT department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT solutions meet organizational needs.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to communicate IT performance and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards and regulations.
- Evaluate and select technology vendors and manage vendor relationships.
- Provide guidance on software development and IT infrastructure enhancement.
- Support the integration of ISO standards into IT processes and procedures.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Programming, or related fields.
- Graduation in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering is advantageous.
- Master’s in Business Administration is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of solid experience in IT planning, project execution, and administration.
