Our client is a fintech company and credit score solutions provider, they are a European based company that aims to provide innovative scoring solutions to the dynamic needs of banks, financial institutions, and credit bureaus.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and overall satisfaction.
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of high-caliber professionals.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to facilitate seamless integration of new hires.
- Identify training needs, design development programs, and promote continuous learning to enhance employee skills.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal processes, providing constructive feedback and coaching to employees.
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.Stay updated on industry trends to ensure our offerings remain attractive.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- 3-5 years of managerial experience in handling human resources responsibilities
- HR experience earned from previously working with fintech companies, financial institutions, startups, or alternative data sectors is an advantage but not required.
- Relevant experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and multitask effectively.
- A commitment to promoting a positive workplace culture.
- HR administration experience is preferred but not required.
