JOB DESCRIPTION
The overall purpose of the role is to be a Subject Matter Expert in his/her area of expertise. Further main tasks are as follows:
• Maintain all the HR reports (Recruitment, Timekeeping, Compensation & Benefits, Training, Labor Relations)
• Design, execute and measure the effectiveness of the HR programs which include identifying issues, forming hypotheses, synthesizing conclusion into recommendations
• Develop and analyze survey metrics
• Communicate findings and recommendations on critical initiatives and influence the stakeholders to take action on those findings
• Perform other related task as needed
JOB QUALIFICATION
• College degree preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science or any related courses
• At least 2 years of experience in handling HR data and reporting
• Well-versed in MS Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), knowledge in Macros is an advantage. Familiarity with any HRIS is also an advantage.
• With deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to quickly build relationship with different people and can easily adapt with different personalities
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple subjects
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff
• Strong and strategic business understanding and an excellent ability to understand and manage complex situations in a fast-paced environment
