JOB DESCRIPTION

• Partner with Business and HR COEs teams to implement critical HR projects and systems per global mandates and directions
• Ensure adherence on all HR Policies and Processes for GBSC Philippines centre
• To support line managers on delivery of strategic GEMS workforce plans in country
• Assist business on driving the processes on Annual and quarterly appraisals, Development Plans, Annual PEP process, Salary Planning Process, Talent Profiles
• To equip line managers with people management process & practice expertise to ensure self-sufficiency and high level of degree of effectiveness
• Manage GEMS update, identify, and report trends in unit/function specific HR MIS data
• Prepare and share all HR Operations MIS and dashboards as per global and local mandates in a timely manner ensuring quality
• Ensure Compliance per local HR statutory requirements and work closely with OGC team on related matters, support in Statutory compliances audits
• Ensure preparation of payroll inputs and deliver reports to local finance team for execution of payroll
• Execute and support implementation of any changes related to Payroll and Compliances
• Manage Joining and On-boarding formalities and related documentation and employee file management
• Manage Exit Interviews and related HR records
• Drive Ethics Governance for country and related processes
• Manage employee queries and provide guidance on HR policy matters to help direct the employees to right functional and HR COE stakeholders for resolutions on issues
• Support the business through any organization changes and transformation processes as and when required

JOB QUALIFICATION

• 6 – 10 years of experience as HR Generalist & Operations, preferably in Finance Shared Services / Services industry
• Should have strong understanding of HR concepts
• Preferably have in-depth knowledge of local Statutory HR compliance and local labor laws
• Strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to interface with employees
• Demonstrate good verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
• Able to work in a diverse work group in a global organization
• Ability to identify and analyze needs, problem solving abilities
• Amenable to work in MOA Complex, Pasay City on a mid shift schedule
