JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop HR strategies with regards to recruitment, organizational development, and compensation and benefits to support corporate objectives
• Recruit and hire quality manpower to fill up various vacancies
• Design training programs to ensure continued and improving productivity
• Develop and implement Performance Appraisal System
• Develop programs to create a healthy company culture with teams built on collaboration and resourcefulness
• Ensure proper implementation HR plans, programs and policies
• Ensure compliance with national and local labor legislature and mandates

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
• At least 5-8 years of working experience in a related field
• Applicants must be willing to report to work in Novaliches, QC and visit different plants in QC, Cavite and Cebu
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Good problem-solving skills; he/she must be able to quickly ascertain a situation and be decisive in solving it
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations
