JOB DESCRIPTION
• Responsible for the recruitment of the company according to the company development plan; develop, maintain and manage various recruitment methods and channels (online and offline)
• Establish and maintain personnel files, handle, update and renew labor contracts; handle the employment and unemployment of all personnel
• Responsible for the administrative work of all departments of the company
• Responsible for attendance and salary accounting, healthcare, and other allowance declaration
• Complete other tasks assigned by the CEO
JOB QUALIFICATION
• Good professional ethics and professional quality, good recognition of corporate culture, and ability to withstand certain work pressures
• Optimistic work attitude and good sense of teamwork
• Have good written and verbal communication skills, good service awareness and strong logical thinking ability. Good patience and strong executive abilities
• Good English spoken ability, with college degree or above; no restriction on genders or nationalities; familiar with local situations in Manila
• With more than three years of personnel administration and human resource related work experience, preferably in a startup environment
