JOB DESCRIPTION
- Leads the Department’s yearly budget creation and ensuring the correct utilization.
- Ensures that interest and principal payments are negotiated in a timely manner to get the best market offer.
- Ensures the organization receives the most adequate and best loan offers from various banks.
- Manages treasury function, including meeting short and long-term funding needs and is responsible for the availability and maintenance of credit lines.
- Establishes and manages relationships with major commercial banks, rating agencies, financial facilities, and other external advisors in order to ensure access to liquidity.
- Drives process improvement in treasury policies, procedures, and departmental performance metrics as well as the implementation of effective controls for all Treasury activities to assure the achievement of company financial objectives, protection, and leverage of company assets.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- With at least five years related work experience specializing in Treasury and Finance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Banking and Finance, Financial Management, or other related courses/programs.
