JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead technical discussions for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll and SAP HCM Payroll.
- Understand and optimize the HR and IT operational processes between SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
- Actively drives alignment between HR and IT stakeholders to ensure operational stability for SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
- Responsible for reviewing, estimating, and implementing enhancements to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
- Responsible for ensuring operational stability in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.

JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in implementation projects for SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or SAP HCM Payroll.
- Strong technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll and/or SAP HCM Payroll.
- Solid understanding of HR and IT HR concepts, specifically, in HR processes for Payroll and Time.
- Understand integration technologies within the SAP eco-system and platforms.
- Experienced supporting HR in the execution of Payroll in either SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (preferred) or SAP HCM Payroll.
- Experienced working within a multi-cultural and cross-functional organization in major global companies.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English with the ability to engage across different seniority levels.
- Demonstrates effective and timely decision-makings with strong conflict resolution/intervention skills.
- Able to balance the Big Picture’s view with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel 7 times a month for RTO
