• Individual Contributor role
• Lead and mobilize agile activities.
• Responsible in planning/developing and executing end-to-end
CRM campaigns to increase value and revenues from
acquisitions, engagements and/or retaining users.
• Coordinates with brand, portfolio management, data analytics
and other stakeholders in analyzing customer
insights/behavior to maximize lifecycle marketing.
• Strong CRM Product Development/Management experience
• Banking or FinTech background is preferred.
• Articulate, excellent communication skills
• Flexible and with can-do attitude
