JOB DESCRIPTION
The Commercial Head will be responsible for the implementation and management of the sales strategy. He/She will supervise and develop the Area Sales Managers (ASMs) assigned to his/her region or area. The Commercial Manager will also be responsible for the profitability, volume and price targets as well as expense management in the region or area. He/She will coordinate with Supply Chain, Customer Experience and Planning for services and resources needed to fulfill their market objectives.
JOB QUALIFICATION
• Knowledge and experience in cement, construction materials or construction industry is an advantage
• Strong skills in product portfolio management, sales targets setting and managing customers
• Experience in managing teams or acting as Team Lead
• Excellent communication skills
