Client is a US brand in the top 50 companies known for printing technology, but it is now more than just printing, they offer wide range of technology solutions like software for graphic communication and content management.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Monitors delinquent accounts and implements collection procedures
• Sends follow up emails and calls
• Assists customers with information on payment arrangements and account disputes
• Responds to inquiries from customers or external collection resources
• Receives/places calls or send letters to customers to resolve billing or invoice issues on delinquent accounts
• Reviews and make recommendations regarding bad debts or write-offs
JOB QUALIFICATION
• College graduate of any course is preferred, but not required
• Not less than 6 months experience from a BPO/Call Center Industry
• 6 months B2B or B2C Collections experience is a must
