JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead industrialization and ongoing support for completed Delivery Squads projects (e.g., analytics and reporting product management) to achieve outstanding ongoing service delivery for the company

Lead ongoing insight product management, business intelligence and reporting teams and product lifecycle management associated with data and analytical assets within GBS

Lead Data Science exploratory team, surfacing insights for inclusion in the backlog and future value delivery

Work with and manage with Data and Analytics Delivery Squads to transition completed projects and provide seamless service delivery; make sure funding and resources are allocated adequately to maintain to expectations

Work cross-functionally to establish and build trusted relationships to service GBS needs in developed assets maintenance

Work closely with Experience Owner Manager to drive use case prioritization for MD&I and make sure funding and resources are allocated adequately to projects

Lead development of thought leadership for MD&I capabilities (e.g., show cases, case studies) and identify opportunities to promote knowledge sharing cross-functionally

Support growth of the team, skills, and capabilities development by sharing expertise, understanding, experience, energy and passion in coaching

Contribute to the definition analytics solutions that address business challenges problems and provide value adding business recommendations, based on complex data analysis and insight generation in alignment with strategic direction of the business.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Proven experience managing data and analytics teams and vendors across delivery and operations (e.g., managed services)
- Demonstrated experience in managing data and analytics assets as products, including data and insight operations, rationalization of products and product lifecycle management
- Experience of working in a fast moving, client focused and both project-based delivery and operations organization
- Strong communication, presentation, project management and time-management skills
- Ability to speak both the data and business ‘languages’ depending on audience and generate insights / recommendations from technical work
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in building and maintaining effective working relationships across teams
- Qualifications in numerical-based, technical and / or management-based degrees
- Experience in shared services organizations (e.g., within analytics in HR, finance, procurement, technical services)
- Advanced experience in Power BI or similar tools
- Experience in Process Improvement or Transformation
