  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Customer Experience to lead and enhance our customer journey. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer needs, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of implementing strategies that elevate customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • As the Head of Customer Experience, you will be responsible for ensuring that every interaction with our company reflects our commitment to excellence and innovation.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
    Proven experience (5+ years) in a customer experience leadership role, preferably within the design or creative industry.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience principles, methodologies, and best practices.
    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in customer experience management tools and software.
