The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer needs, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of implementing strategies that elevate customer satisfaction and loyalty.

JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience (5+ years) in a customer experience leadership role, preferably within the design or creative industry. - Strong understanding of customer experience principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in customer experience management tools and software.
