JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead the overall security of Uno Digital Bank, including network security and cloud security.
- Implement and manage security solutions such as Amazon/AWS security services (IAM, WAF, Shield, MFA, KMS, Secrets Manager, GuardDuty, Inspector, CloudHSM, CloudTrail) and network security/firewalls (Fortigate and Palo Alto).
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards that align with industry best practices.
- Manage the security incident response process, including the investigation and resolution of security incidents.
- Conduct regular security assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Stay informed of emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies and make recommendations for improving security posture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security solutions that meet the needs of the business.
- Manage security personnel and provide mentorship and coaching to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon/AWS security services, including IAM, WAF, Shield, MFA, KMS, Secrets Manager, GuardDuty, Inspector, CloudHSM, and CloudTrail.
- In-depth knowledge of network security/firewalls, including Fortigate or Palo Alto.
- Ability to develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards that align with industry best practices.
- Experience managing the security incident response process and conducting security assessments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve security issues.
