The broad areas include: employee matters, compensation and benefits, rewards, professional growth, communications and performance management. Learning and Development, manpower planning, talent management, labour engagement and payroll.
• At least 10-15 years of professional experience across all HR disciplines, including Employment, Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, Training and Development, Payroll, and Conflict resolution.
