KSearch Announces New Search Consultants

KSearch Asia Consulting, Inc. announced on January 27 the promotion to Consultant of three Associate Consultants: Joy Pendos-Rubas, Mia Limbo, and Ross Suarez effective January 2012.  Although each with unique academic backgrounds, the three ladies have a similar history of starting with an executive recruitment firm barely out of university.  From entry level Search Associates, they have all risen to become full-fledged Consultants through enthusiasm and hard work.
Joy Pendos-Rubas handles diverse search mandates under the Finance, BPO, and Banking Practice Group.  Her major contribution is her heavy involvement in search engagements for one of KSearch’s largest accounts in BPO.  Her efforts have been a major factor in KSearch gaining recognition as the client’s top vendor for BPO executive positions as well as BPO industry-specific positions among the many other executive search firms in the Philippines.
Among Joy’s major strengths are her organization skills and attention to detail, which are critical when managing clients with volume requirements, many processes, and many people to coordinate with.  She has proven her ability to make sure all items are given the appropriate attention.
Mia Limbo handles diverse search assignments under the Finance, BPO, and Banking Practice Group.   She is also 2011’s Top Individual Revenue grosser, which says a lot about her ability to source and identify the right candidates for her various mandates.  Mia has always been known as a silent worker.  She works without fanfare but gets her work done.  She does not need constant supervision and is always sure to cover important areas.
For the most part of 2011, Mia has had the opportunity to work on very difficult search mandates, which required her to be more resourceful in finding qualified candidates as well as work closely with the clients to understand their needs deeply.
Ross Suarez handles diverse assignments in the BPO and Banking Practice Group.  She has also gained a track record for excelling in complex search assignments that would usually require a lot of research to fully grasp.  It is not unusual for her to discuss complex technical topics like she is an expert herself on the subject, what with her talent for making meticulous research and ability to probe.
Ross has also been instrumental in creating very strong relationships with our banking clients because of her ability to deliver results as well as her understanding of the market and what the client/s really need.   One of her biggest contributions last year was successfully managing a special project for a banking client requiring overall management and supervising a team that sourced and screened candidates.
Each Consultant manifested unique strengths that allowed them to rise to the challenge of delivering quality service to discerning clients and strengthening the KSearch brand.
Well done Ladies!
