For the second year in a row, KSearch has gained the Accenture Award for being in the Top 5 Overall Vendors for Accenture’s Business Process Outsourcing service line segment, making its mark in two categories: (a) top vendor for senior level executive searches and (b) for industry-specific niche-driven roles. KSearch has long supported Accenture’s people flow requirements since the early stages of its BPO operations in 2004.
Accenture, which has a present work force of roughly 25,000 in Philippines alone, is a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, servicing 94 of the Fortune Global 100 corporations with approximately 236,000 employees in more than 120 countries. It aims to expand its operations in the Philippines in continuously aggressive phases.
KSearch, for its part, continues to pre-empt its strong niche in the leadership roles in the IT and BPO space, especially the shared services center segments of the industry. It boasts of supporting the executive and managerial requirements of some of the major multinational companies with shared services centers in the Philippines for finance, accounting, banking support, IT support and HR functions.
