For one hour and 20 minutes, we listened to MRG discuss about the Mission, Visions and Core Values of KSearch. Throughout the entire briefing, what struck us most was his emphasis for the word “Professionalism”. While I’m aware that there are many other companies in the same business as KSearch, I now realize that KSearch is one that is passionate about being known to be really professional in its dealings with clients and candidates. This makes me feel very good, now that I am with KSearch.
MRG could not stress enough how being professional is key to success in this business because only by being so does one gain the continued confidence of one’s clients. He stressed work quality (both processes and results) as the essence of professional output as perceived and appreciated by the clients. If I understood it correctly, he wanted us to appreciate the success equation of KSearch as consisting of:
“Well developed, passionate consultants equals quality processes/output equals professional prestige equals satisfied client equals strong company brand equals successful business practice equals successful KSearch people; and the cycle continues.”
I believe all of us appreciated that MRG wanted us to have our own individual goals even at our level within the context of our work. I surely will try my best to have my career goals and reach them.
