Fresh from attending the Horton Group International Global Partners Meeting held in Mumbai 29 February to 3 March, Marco Sneevliet of the Horton International Dutch Office paid a short visit to the office Horton Philippines / KSearch Asia Consulting, Inc. on Monday, 5 March, on his way to joining his family who were already enjoying themselves in Boracay. Marco has, prior to the Mumbai meeting, been planning with Mr. Manny Guillermo, KSearch’s Managing Director, about dovetailing a visit to the KSearch office en-route to proceeding to Boracay. Mr. Guillermo firmed up Marco’s logistics for the visit even as they were attending the Mumbai meeting.
Marco joined the Dutch office of the Horton International as a Principal Consultant only four months ago and already has been quite immersed in what he saw as immense opportunities to expand one’s global exposure and make new friends and professional alliances in the process. He brings with him a wealth of operational and management consulting experience in a leadership role in the fields of banking, insurance and IT, among others. His executive search focus would be aimed at the general management, IT and sales management roles.
After being introduced to the people of KSearch, Mr. Guillermo gave Marco a glimpse of the KSearch operations through a powerpoint presentation on KSearch’s history, leadership, mission, vision, core values, methodology and client base.
From this first visit to the Philippines, Marco is set to visit China where he will meet with the Horton partners in Beijing.
