KSearch Asia Consulting, Inc., one of the leading executive search firms in the country, has formalized its Associate Partner status with the Horton International Group, a global executive search firm with partner companies in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific, in a contract signing executed last 9th December 2010. Signing for KSearch is its chairman and founder, Mario T. Mananghaya, formerly Chairman and Managing Partner of KPMG Laya Mananghaya & Co. Representing the Horton International was Dr. Robert Lo, the Group's Managing Partner and Regional Director for Asia Pacific. The contract signing ceremony was highlighted by a cocktail reception at the Tower Club attended by KSearch's clients, associates and institutional alliances.

KSearch's links with the Horton International started in September 2007 when its President, Manny Guillermo, was invited to Horton's regional meeting led by Dr. Lo, then held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Guillermo made a presentation at the meeting about KSearch's executive and recruitment operations, highlighting the steady growth and success the firm has achieved since its startup in October 1999. KSearch has since been collaborating with the Horton International, starting with referred search mandates from Horton's partners from Thailand, Vietnam, the United States and Australia.
