Starting the new year on a buoyant and positive note, KSearch CEO Manny Guillermo on Friday, 27th January, during its 2012 Business Plans Kick-Off event, announced the following citations:
Overall Client Service Excellence, KSearch’s highest performance award, was given to Ms. Karmeli Love U. Kintanar for consistently demonstrating superior client service and for leading a high performance practice group that have engendered long sustaining patronage from major clients, thus enriching the executive recruitment firm’s image for quality service, trust and value, which, in turn, creates opportunities for referred new business in the Philippines and abroad. Karmeli is a Vice President and Practice Group Head for Finance, BPO and Banking functions.
Top Individual Revenue Grosser in 2011 Award was cited to Ms. Mia Liza R. Limbo for exemplary performance (in 2011) with her major revenue contribution, leading to favorable business results for the Finance, BPO and Banking Practice Group and to the firm in general. Mia, with four-year stint in the firm, was promoted to the rank of Search Consultant on 1st January.
Grand Slam Conversion Award was won by Ms. Sharwina W. Gonzales for having produced an extraordinary performance with her having clinched three consecutive major hires within only one month (i.e., January 2012). Remarkably, Sharwina, a Research Associate, has been with the firm less than a year.
