KSearch Joins AmCham Foundation’s “Run for a Scholar”

“Run for a Scholar” is a charity fun-run organized by the American Chamber of the Philippines Foundation held last May 27, 2012 and participated by various groups, executives,  companies, including KSearch Asia Consulting, Inc. It was a friendly and mildly competitive race that involved running on a measured course around the streets of the spacious Bonifacio Global City.   The run was organized for the purpose of raising funds for the AmCham Foundation’s scholarship programs. The events included 3K, 5K, and 10K distances.

The early morning haze at around 5:30 quickly gave way to an eager sunlight bringing with it an engulfing humid ground atmosphere which saw a bunch of KSearch head hunters’ “wanna-be runners” trot in cadence, each one determined to be tagged “I’m a 5K finisher!”, which they proudly did -- complete with the full evidence of sweat-soaked tops and gasps of heavy breathing.  These brave souls of KSearch included Tess Ramos, Chill Roque, Mia Limbo, Veron Antonio, Joyce Encarnacion, Christine Leuterio, Verna Austria, Pauline Dalisay, Lean Varias, and Ferdie Gomez.  Beefing up these KSearch ninjas were U.S. “imports”, Lynn and Ella Guillermo, who were vacationing at the time and were only too excited to be able to participate in a Philippine run – Lynn the 5K and Ella the 10K.

Congratulations to our KSearch finishers!!!
