Gems of KSearch…

Arnel (Lenar) S. Manliclic Jr.

Banking and Finance Group

One of the few guys in KSearch is a former seminarian.  And who would think that that guy would be Lenar.  It’s not that Lenar does not have the appearance, or even the personality, of someone who would be admitted in a seminary.  It’s just that he looks every inch a regular, cool guy, so much so that people would probably be quick to disassociate someone like him to have such a special calling.  In fact, he said that his college friends would describe him as loud and an easy-go-lucky kind of guy. Well, that’s in the past.  Back to the present, the Lenar that we know in KSearch is a guy with much focus and business-minded, but still a lot of fun to have around with his enormous sense of humour.

Lenar admitted to having an ambition to put up his own recruitment agency in the future because he wants to “serve the people”, which is his motto in life.  It’s easy to think that he will realize this goal because we know him to be self-disciplined that when he sets his mind to something, he would be quite determined to make it happen.  For instance, going on a diet was a no-brainer for him.  We saw him how he dropped his weight in no time – not that he needed to.  He limited himself to vegetable salad at lunch and he ran or biked after office hours and during weekends.

Lenar carries the same discipline in performing his job – no fanfare but is sure to deliver.  We in his group enjoy his jokes – yes, even his corny “knock-knock” ones that were sure to lighten up the usually serious mood of the team.

In a nutshell, this is Arnel  “Lenar” Manliclic – serious yet fun to work with.
