Gems of KSearch…

Veronica Angela M. Antonio

Manager, Finance and Admin Group

Charles Stanley once said, “Motherhood is a great honor and privilege, yet it is also synonymous with servanthood. Every day women are called upon to selflessly meet the needs of their families. Whether they are awake at night nursing a baby, spending their time and money on less-than-grateful teenagers, or preparing meals, moms continuously put others before themselves”. And it’s true. Who else could be the perfect example for this? None other than our very own Mommy V.

Ms. Veron, or Mommy V as we call her fondly, is a woman who both carries kindly the responsibilities of being a mother in her own household and in our small family here in KSearch. She has been working in our company for almost seven years already which only demonstrates her loyalty and love for KSearch. With her around, we know that we are safe and we know that there is someone we can run to if we have problems, just like a mother to her children.

Mommy V is also a food enthusiast! She always enjoys cooking and inventing new dishes for her family and friends. It’s also one of her many ways to bond with her loving daughter Cassy. Mommy V makes sure that she spends quality time with her daughter, may it be just a quick stroll in the mall or watch the newest movie in the cinema wearing their matching outfits.

Her traits only prove that being a good mother affects how you are in the corporate world. Regardless of how difficult everything in the office is, her loving, responsible and soft spot will come out and all of these definitely contributed to what KSearch Asia is now. Mommy V is a precious gem worth keeping. Indeed, she is a treasure to the company – being the skilled Chief Accountant and the no-nonsense custodian of our assets and close watcher of our expenses, among several other important finance and admin roles she takes.  And may I add, she also never fails to fund our ATM accounts, most times in advance!  Mommy V, you’re the best!
