Heidi L. Dela Cruz

Associate Consultant, ICT Group

As a friend, Heidi is very supportive, generous and quick to show her genuine concern. She goes the extra mile just to help a friend in need. If you need a shoulder to cry on or someone to share even the most absurd idea with, she’ll definitely hear you out and give her “two cents”.  For me, being a good listener, which is rare, makes her stand out.

Heidi is an efficient and effective team player, but also has the strength of character to step up as a leader whenever called for. She can be counted on to rise to the occasion, especially when addressing potential clients’ concerns on availability of IT talents -- IT-based search being her area of functional competence.

Heidi is well known for her infectious disarming smile and for her amiable voice. Mind you, behind all that sweetness though is a tough and courageous woman.

Heidi enjoys travelling and hanging out with her friends and family. Going to new places and experiencing different cultures remind her how blessed she is as a person.
