Managerial/Top/Higher Levels

·         Designs, develops, implements, and oversees financial policies and procedures for assigned division, legal entity, or country

·         Manages International Controllers for Panama, UK, Philippines, and Australia

The position is responsible for all financial management aspects of the center and will be expected to provide leadership and coordination in the business planning and forecasting, pricing and billing, P&L management, tax management, and balance sheet planning for the Manila and offshore operations.  The position also provides oversight and management of business unit advisory on financial performance and efficiency, budget and strategic financial planning, cost analysis, profit and loss trends, business recovery and allocations.

·         Over 20 years of total work experience; 5 of which were in a similar Finance Director capacity

·         Candidate should be a seasoned finance professional, ideally with an MBA

·         Previous role as Finance Director in a large 3^rd party multinational BPO or in a finance shared services center

The Finance Service Delivery Lead will manage one of the biggest teams in the center, supporting countries in 5 regions.  Key responsibilities include actively managing service delivery in ensuring commitments are delivered or exceeded; leading in discussions with client to ensure that client’s views are heard and that team has the opportunity to respond effectively; identifying conflicts and actively resolving disputes; driving resolution of conflict with clients, and ensuring the delivery of excellent service to all clients

·         Professional accounting qualification

·         MBA or comparable experiential qualification in service delivery and innovative leadership

·         Over 20 years of total work experience; 5 years of which were in a similar Service Deliery Lead capacity in a 3^rd party multinational BPO or in a finance shared services center

·         Strong leadership track record

·         Track record in achieving core deliveries of the team

·         Build lead and develop a world class finance team that meets the needs of a global business operating in 100 countries across more than 1,400 entities

·         Ensure compliance with Group policies (accounting, treasury, HR, Legal) and statutory requirements

·         Deliver process efficiency/effectiveness improvements within the service center finance function and contribute to improvement in other processes both within and beyond the service center

• 5-8 years leadership experience in a similar shared services environment
• Detailed knowledge of IFRS
• Proven success in building strong relationships with senior finance and non-finance executives
• Strong team leader, people developer, and player
