JOB DESCRIPTION

o    Deals directly with the senior leaders of the company both locally and abroad

o    Works closely with the business area and provides guidance and support in all HR facets including Recruitment, Training and Organizational Development, Compensation and Benefits as well as Employee and Labor Relations

    • Represents the HR Division in all committees, meetings or gatherings. Constant business partnering with other departments
    • Acts as the conduit of every HR specialist role and drives the efficient implementation of different HR programs
    • Work together with the business area in designing plans and strategies that will attract and retain talents, among others
    • Gives guidance and support in tapping internal talents for internal job placements, promotions and other movements. Drives the implementation of programs related to Training and Organizational Development
    • Provides guidance to the business area on all matters concerning compensation and benefits including salary movements and salary review, incentive design, market positioning, and the like. Acts as consultant for various HR concerns comprising payroll, compensation and benefits, among others
    • Monitors and manages the implementation of disciplinary practice, ensuring that they are in accordance with the local labor laws

JOB QUALIFICATION

·         Minimum of 10 to 15 years of solid HR experience in a multinational organization

·         Proven track record doing HR in a well-established financial services organization and / or BPO

·         Someone who has extensive OD experience preferably in the banking, financial services, or captive BPO industries

·         Demonstrable ‘can do’ attitude

·         Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills and can work with different cultures

·         An excellent leader and a great motivator

·         Good management skills both self and others

·         Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
