· Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related field (preferably with SPHR designation)
· Minimum 8-10 total years in the Human Resources field
· Experience in a multi-location manufacturing organization is preferred.
· Proficiency in Lotus Notes and advanced MS Office applications
· Legal qualification plus Human Resources background
· Ability to promote and demonstrate the company’s people values
· Strong credibility and professional competence with management team and operations management
· Effective teambuilding and networking skills
· Ability to support and implement centralized programs, standards and measures as required
· Thorough understanding of local and regional state human resources legislations and practices
