      The Country Sales Manager will have the free hand in doing his/her own business but their target is more focused on technology solutions of machinery and providing solutions to their customers with machines and/or complete plants

      He/she will work closely with the MD



    Somebody who is serving their customers as a solutions provider such as high tech machines, financing, among others from countries like Europe and China

       Not necessarily that they would get someone from a competitor who has a track record but rather, they are looking for an individual who can build business in the country at the soonest time possible

       At least 10 to 20 years of solid relevant experience and still very enthusiastic, a 48 year-old male/female is acceptable for as long as this person can deliver excellently

       One who is gainfully employed and happy with current employer who has done similar business like that of the client   

       Has high level of discipline, integrity and can work independently to drive/run the business with minimal supervision

position Brand Manager expand


Our client is a multinational pharmaceutical company


·            Allocates appropriately Advertising & Materials budget on the key business drivers; Manages total product budget.

·            Prepares annual Marketing Plan for the assigned product. The Market Plan normally contains the annual forecast, promotional budget and promotional strategies of each product in the job responsibility.

·            Develops & implements promotional campaigns, materials & activities aligned with the objectives & key strategies

·            Develops and Maintains pool of KOLs

·            Assesses impact of programs and ensures achievement of desired outcomes and develops remedial actions and decides necessary adjustments on programs


  • Coordinates with Medical, Regulatory, SFE, Finance, HR on marketing related activities.

·         Preferably Science or Business Degree.  

MBA Degree is an advantage.

·         At least seven years of product management in a pharmaceutical industry.

·         Good presentation and communication skills.
